    • Yes! LUMION may be used on its own or added to your current beauty regimen. We suggest using LUMION first as your base before applying any other products. LUMION mist is a great refresher throughout the day on or below makeup.

    • We do not provide a warranty for your product for any period of time, but we do suggest using your product within 12 months of purchase for best results.

    • Yes, LUMION can freeze if put in the freezer. We suggest keeping your LUMION safe in a cool, dry place.

    • We love animals and only test on our co-founders.

    • LUMION is completely natural, every key ingredient is found in the human body. The slight smell you may pick up on is the HOCL.

    • LUMION’s formula is FDA cleared.

    • When you are expecting your bundle of joy it is important to simplify and only use truly natural products. LUMION’s formula is completely natural and safe to use. If you have concerns, speak with your doctor.

Shipping

    • LUMION ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico right now. There will be longer delivery times when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

      1. Priority USPS 2-5 business days : $8.00

      When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico it can take up to 11-15 business days.

    • As soon as we process your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. FEDEX or USPS takes it from there!

    • We know it can be frustrating when you are so excited to receive your product. It can sometimes take 1-2 days for your tracking # to register, if it still isn’t working contact us hello@lumionlife.com.

    • If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us right away hello@lumionlife.com.

Returns & Exchanges

    • We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. The product must be unused. All charges will be refunded to your original form of payment excluding shipping.

    • Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement once we have received the product.

    • LUMION accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.
